About MIDA Investment

Mida Investment roots back to 1998, when it was established in Italy as a tax and corporate consulting firm. The group is now well established and renowned, and principally deals with investments and industrial merger and acquisition. Mida was born from an entrepreneurial initiative led by the collaboration of a group of professionals specialised in the “investment” and the “immigration” sectors. In 2016, Mida founded a Beijing branch, which today boasts notable experience and expertise in investment projects combined with immigration programs consultancy. Currently, the main activities are focused on investments in the Italian market and related immigration consulting services.

The history of Mida Investment starts in 1998 with the establishment of Studio Mombello: a tax and corporate consulting firm set up in Casale Monferrato, in the north of Italy, a family company run by Paolo and Claudio. Following the success of the company in Italy in the corporate and investment consulting, Paolo and Claudio decided to extend their business in other European countries, dealing with industrial mergers and acquisitions.

In 2004, Mida Investment opened a new global era, inaugurating a long-lasting partnership in Brazil with Carlo and Denise, owners of a Real Estate investment consulting company in Fortaleza.

Driven by the passion for our work, Mida Investment management continues to run the company successfully across borders, aiming to reach goals based on ambitious inspiration and motivation.

Today, just as back in 1998, Mida is strongly based on solid family values.

				Office Manager

				Graduated from Politecnico of Turin, Simona is responsible for the executive assistance and the organisation of both the investment projects and the immigration programs.
			
				Claudio
				Investment Manager & Founder

				Corporate consultant since 1987, Claudio has 30 years working experience in a wide range of sectors, in particular Corporate management, Renewable Energy, Retail Chains management and Real Estate. He is renowned by both clients and colleagues for his excellent problem-solving skills.
			
				Paolo
				CEO & Founder

				MBA graduate from Bocconi University (Milan), Paolo has been working for over 30 years managing important Italian companies operating in various sectors. Registered in the Register of Chartered Accountants in Italy, he is specialised in tax consulting, investments, industrial mergers and acquisitions.
			
				Michela
				Beijing General Manager

				Graduated from Ca Foscari University of Venice, she worked for several years as a consultant for Italian and Chinese companies. Michela lives in Beijing since 2016 where she founded the Chinese branch of Mida Investment.
